Show Premise:
Why have Sam's parents let him skate by in life as a crappy student, half-assed employee, and general loser? Turns out they sold his soul to the Devil when he was a baby, as they have to explain upon his twenty-first birthday. It's kind of a tortured premise, but frankly, the idea of a slacker goof (Bret Harrison as Sam) serving as a bounty hunter for Satan is intriguing -- especially given the genius casting of Twin Peaks star Ray Wise as the Prince of Darkness.
